A new room that's part of the Prima Poker Network, Virtual City is safe and reliable, being that it's part of such a recognizable mother company. That means that the payment options and cashouts are above average, and you don't need to worry about security here. Unfortunately, however, customer support also seems to get lost somewhere in Prima's vastness, and we had only average and below-average experiences with the e-mail support we received during our research visits.

Being part of Prima also means that players have access to the World Series of Poker and other nice promotional benefits, so keep this benefit in mind. Another good bonus is a $30 match on any deposit of equal or greater value.

Although Prima has thousands of players in its network, only a few hundred of them tend to use Virtual City regularly. And combined with the lack of hi-lo games (only standard versions here), we felt that Virtual City came up a bit short in the playability department. Graphics and sound, meanwhile, are ordinary at best, and the software is even less than ordinary-there are frequent waits and stability problems.

As of now, Virtual City is a poker room that's slightly above average, but that doesn't make it stand out from the crowd any better. It could definitely use some new features and a revamping of old features to boost its ratings.
